Death By Catnap

Dress, J.Crew. Sunglasses, Winners. Belt, Banana Republic. Sandals, Nine West

I've been unknowingly tanning at home. Although I gingerly apply SPF 65 on the beach, I seem to forget that my windows face west and that cat naps in the sun aren't as healthy as they are delightful. Years from now, when my dermatologist recommends that I get some moles removed, I will take the news surprisingly well - never underestimate the power of being well-rested. And if worse comes to worst, at least my epitaph will read "Death by catnap." How many people can say that?

I wholeheartedly approve of death by catnap. In fact, I think I wish I could pull that off myself.

Thank you for you sweet comment! I love your dress! There actually is a good thing about taking catnaps: your body produces a lot of vitamin D while in the sun, when you apply any SPF your body will stop producing this vitamin while it is really necessary to have it... So that might be a good reason to go out in the sun and take catnaps ;)

Love, Lisa

p.s. I read about your computer problem, I also experienced something like it so I had my computer fixed. What they did was installing this program called ATI Catalyst Control Center, which made my desktop look normal again! I read the description of the program on the Internet, it didn't mention solving this problem but somehow it defenitely worked! I don't know whether this will solve your problem but you can always try! If I'm not mistaken you can download it for free... Worth the shot! Good luck!

Love the best with your dress...and those shoes are too cute!

I always thought that glass filtered the sun rays so that they wouldn't actually harm you inside.

SPF 65?! That doesn't even exist in NZ! I am impressed you still get tanned wearing that!

Just discovered your blog, would love it if you stopped by mine sometime.

But aren't catnaps in the sun the BEST? Fingers crossed that we will see some in the next few days!
